  The design of our Striking/Slugging Wrenches includes a large striking area and a greater sectional area to increase safety and longevity of the tool. We also included in the design a greater hexagonal depth to achieve better seating on nuts and bolt heads. The chamfered openings adds ease for location and the greater Offset height allows clear hammering. All of our Striking/Slugging Wrenches come clearly marked for ease of selection.
 
  We can also manufacture to customer designs, for example we have supplied a major gas supply company in Canada with an Offset Striking Wrench designed for the operator to place the wrench over a gas pipe before seating on the nut.  We supplied over 400 of these and they have proven to save the company on health issues caused by back strain using standard open faced wrenches.
